Carefully remove the screen spline and the mesh from the frame. Skip this step if the screen material and spline aren't installed.

1. Place the spline channel pull tabs into the screen channel of the frame. The channel side of these components should be facing upwards.
2. Roll out the screen material over the pull tabs and the screen frame. Adjust its position so that it covers the entire window screen frame. 
3. Roll the spline into the screen frame channel and pull tab channels with a rolling tool.
