TRADEMARKS

The Site graphics, logos and service names are trademarks of Affordable Screen Company and said trademarks may only be used by Affordable Screen Company and shall not be used in connection with any product or service that is not expressly authorized by Affordable Screen Company or in any manner that is likely to cause consumer confusion or in any manner that disparages or discredits Affordable Screen Company.

COLORS AND TEXTURES

Affordable Screen Company attempts to assure that the display of the colors and textures of our products that appear on the Site as accurate as reasonably possible. However, as the actual colors and textures you see will depend on your monitor and printer, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. In addition, fabrics and materials tend to have dye lot inconsistencies which could also alter the appearance of a color. Affordable Screen Company and the manufacturers of our products expressly reserve the right to alter, change or amend the products sold on the Site.

TERMS OF SALE

All window screens purchased from Affordable Screen Company are custom made to the customer’s specifications and measurements submitted to Affordable Screen Company by the customer. All purchases must be paid in full at the point of sale. There are no changes, cancellations, or returns without the express written permission of Affordable Screen Company. (Please know, if a credit is ever granted to the customer for a return or cancellation - there will be a 5% processing fee of the credited amount.)

PROMOTIONS AND SALES

From time to time, Affordable Screen Company may offer different sales and/or promotions. Please know, promotions cannot be combined with other promos or sales, and any exclusive promotion can only be used by the recipient of the exclusive promotion. Promotional codes are only valid on a 'per order basis' and thus attempting to apply the same promotional code to multiple orders is not allowed.

INACCURACY DISCLAIMER

Affordable Screen Company does not guarantee that the information contained on this Site will not contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. From time to time there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors and/or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability, or other inaccuracies. Affordable Screen Company reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or Content at any time, each without prior notice (including prior to fulfilling any order that you may have submitted). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to price or to product description or availability. Further, Affordable Screen Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. Affordable Screen Company will attempt to notify you of a change in price before the order is placed with the manufacturer. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Affordable Screen Company will promptly issue a credit to your credit card. RISK OF LOSS

The risk of loss and title for products shipped by or from Affordable Screen Company passes to you upon Affordable Screen Company’s delivery to the carrier.
