    Below are some details on each of the frame sizes:

    • 5/16" x 3/4" Screen Frame - made of 20 mil (.020") thick, roll formed aluminum. Most common size for screens for homes in the US. This frame can we used as crossbar frame as well. Insert across middle of the screen to add extra strength to the screen. Use crossbar clips to attach to screen.
    • 3/8" x 3/4" Screen Frame and 7/16" x 3/4" Screen Frame - made of 20 mil (.020") thick, roll formed aluminum.
    • 5/16" x 1" Screen Frame - made of 24 mil (.024") thick, roll formed aluminum. This heavier grade frame is perfect for solar screens. Most common size for solar screens for homes in the US.
    • 7/16" x 1" Screen Frame - made of 24 mil (.024") thick, roll formed aluminum. This heavier grade frame is perfect for solar screens.
