I just received the screen I ordered. It fit well but the fasteners offered were not what my 50 year old screen needed. I turned the screen around & was able the easily attach it with the fasteners I ordered. Thanks :)

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for doing such a great job with my recent order! I purchased a weekend/vacation house a couple years ago and had been meaning to get new screens for a long time. Many of the windows were missing their screens----and since I had never purchased screens before, I didn't know where to go to find replacements. I tried the home improvement stores, who were no help at all. They told me I'd need to know who manufactured the windows and would need to go to that company. These are builders grade, old original windows----and I wasn't able to find the manufacturer's name on them. I brought samples of the screens to the big box hardware stores, hoping they could match them up for me----but as I said, they weren't interested. So I went online and found your site through the search engine Bing. I called to get some guidance and you couldn't have been more helpful and detailed with telling me how to measure and what to include on my order. It was so easy to order----I'm mad at myself for not doing this much sooner. It gets hot in that house in the Summer, and I was keeping windows closed because I had no screens! My new screens arrived quickly----and were made with quality and precision. I held them up to my sample screens and they looked like a great match. Then, on the weekend, I went to my mountain house----and put the new screens in. They are perfect. Thank you so much for a great product and service. I plan to spread the word to others about how easy this was.
